very pleasant and not very annoying at all.
even w/o gps lockout stuff that the r3 has, with the auto volume reduction and customability of filters, it's very pleasant to live with, even while in urban areas, not too too many falses and when there were it wasn't that annoying. Besides, the mute button on the power plug is very easy to reach and I can mute it on a dime. Its shined for me on the highway and I'm glad I got it, good deal. I also really like that its really easy to take off the mount and unplug and stowe away if I park somewhere seedy.

sounds nice
sounds great, be persistent when installing, you can be a little aggressive. Once you keep that in mind its easy to install.
