Convenient packaging of everything I needed into a single dose
I've taken Isotonix products off and on for over 20 years, and have always been pleased with the results. This specific product is a very convenient way to get a blend of multiple products into one packet, rather than measuring by the capful into a cup as in the past.
A suggestion for anyone just beginning to take this, and especially if you are seeking an anti-oxidant "boost" to your body's healing process, I would recommend also purchasing a bottle of OPC-3 and taking a dose of that in the mornings (per instructions) in addition to your Daily Essentials for the first month. This aligns with what the OPC-3 recommended dosage instructions indicate, and I personally found it most effective in seeing results for my own health.
