Castrol edge 5w20
My cam phasers on 2019 f150 with 18000 miles on it were making tons of noise. Oil from ford had 2100 miles on it. I changed to godd ole trusty castrol ( my prefered brand for any weight including 20w50 in my race cars) and in 3500 miles no noise. You may not experience the same bit in my situation it did what i expected. I have also never lost an engine on castrol, i do early oil changes and inmy race cars its changed after either 5 1/4 mile passes or in my dirt car after 1 full night of racing

Good stuff
I have used this on alot of 1000lb spring pressured cams, roller and 900lb spring flats. Have not lost a lifter or cam yet. I also use this as a install coating on tractor trailer wheel bearings and never have i had a single issue. Lots of uses. Thrust washers in automatic transmissions you name it

Rotella 5w40 t6
I love rotella oil. I have been using synthetic and non synthetic rotella for years. I build lots of diesel engines and this oil used from day 1 at 3500 mile oil changes i opened my 5.9 cummins 24v with 650hp at 325,000 miles and my bearings micd within .001 of new bearings. I will always recommend Rotella brand
