The only sharpener you will ever (normally) need.
This sharpener is all you will need for a normal domestic sharpening, especially if you buy the accessory kit. It is extremely well designed and can handle everything from razor-sharp pocket knives to kitchen knives (and even some hatchets). You can vary not only the sharpening angle but also the coarseness of the - diamond - stones to achieve whatever you want easily.
No kidding: it doesn't get better than this!

The best BungyPump poles
I have owned two other sets of BungPump poles and these are the best. They are lighter and slimmer than the original Number One and more versatile than the Slimline. They have the same shape as the Slimline but 1) you can lock them so that they function the same as Nordic Walking Poles and 2) you can change the resistance with the included replacement band. Finally, the top section is electric green, which helps with visibility.

It does the job
There are fancier fitness watches/bands than the M400 but it's fine for me. I am not a performance athlete so all I really need is a device that will tell me my heart rate, report the length of time I'm exercising, and give me a very detailed report when I've finished. I very much like the way the watch reports the data to an online diary and also to my Android phone. When I plug my watch into my laptop the data re synced and my watch battery is charged -- very easy.
I could wear it 24/7 if I wanted to know about my sleep but that's not so important to me.
All told, it's a very good choice if you're not a performance athlete that needs very detailed data about your performance. If you need that you'll have to spend more money.
