the right size & features
PROS - the best feature of any Spyderco knife is of course the ease and speed of one hand opening. This knife has a blade just a tad under 3 inches, thus avoiding legal ramifications in the USA with the exception of a few of the commie states, which you are pretty much screwed with or without a pocket knife. The blade is made out of Japanese stainless VG-10 ( g stands for gold standard) a very hard stainless that has great edge holding capabilities. It has combo edge with the back potion being serrated, which comes in very handy. I have possessed a Delica model for years and abused the heck out of it. It held up through thick and thin till i used it as pry bar so i immediately got a new one.
CONS - VG-10 is a very hard stainless so it can be more brittle than softer steels. As long as your not chopping into bone (or using it as a pry bar) you will be very happy with this knife
