definite factory second, not first quality
1 of 2 found this helpful this appears to be a factory second item. the hooks and eyes are placed in reverse- basically inside out. the tag has been removed from the item- so can't confirm size or maker are accurate. fits much more tightly than any other bra same brand, same size, ever has. the design is nice. but this particular item is not what it was described as.

wish it had the different spray pattern options, otherwise it's really nice, and i've gotten used to no "massage" setting.
