  The experience was positive however, after I the seller scanned my collection code (at which point I’d effectively payed for and signed to say I'd collected the item) they didn't immediately it handover as they should have done. Instead they made me wait until to money was actually in their account before doing so. Although I understand why they did this, it would have been better if they’d asked first that I was happy to proceed on that basis. Luckily for them, the payment went through quickly.
