Self Matters by Phillip C. McGraw (2001) DR. PHIL MINT
2 of 2 found this helpful I did not find this book to offer too much advise that I didn't already know.
I bought it thinking that is was interesting and I had never bought a self help book before. I like Dr. Phil but maybe it is because I am around his age and from the south that common scense has never had to make a come back with me. So that is my two cents. Thanks

Made me so sick. Bad Side effects
Bad side effects listed on WEB MD. Terrible headache and upset stomach.
Long list of side effects that are crazy for what I thought was a vitamin!
