    Great price for OEM Miele Hepa filters. I purchased 2 and the seller accidentally sent me the charcoal version in place of one of them. By the time I realized it, the HEPA version was sold out. She made it right by refunding me for the filter, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this seller...upstanding sellers have become harder to come by over the years on Ebay.

    The seller put a different color in the opened package. The description was incorrect and the seller didn't apologize for being dishonest. Upon asking for a request, she did refund me back my money quickly. Likely due to knowing she was in the wrong. I would recommend to not buy any opened product sold by this seller as the item may not be as what was described while using the same packaging.
