Used Sony Walkman D-FJ61 CD Player is a good option for books on cd
1 of 1 found this helpful I use mine primarily for listening to books on CD from my library, which does not carry a lot of mp3 style books at this time. I've tried downloading to an mp3 but it's a hassle. I think my favorite thing about this one is the wrist handle - it's prevented a lot of 'drop-portunities' and is easier than a separate belt carrier. Also like the external battery bay which is easier to load. I've had MANY cd players and SONY are the best.
The only thing I don't like is that it's difficult to go back to the beginning or reverse/forward on the last section. Don't know why. Now if it could vacuum my floors...
