its probably a great product but mine arrived cracked in piece

Arrived broken
It arrived with back not quite attacked and when I used got very hot to the touch and was really LOUD.

Nice
This is a great laptop carrier. Its a bit tight on the inside though. I've got a teeny tiny laptop and that obviously fits. But adding in a few 3 or 4 thin file folders doesn't have enough space. I can't close it when I try to put in my 17in home lap top. For the price point thought it should be more accommodating.
