King Corn
1 of 1 found this helpful This DVD teaches about how corn moves from the cornfield to the dinner table. Anyone interested in genetic engineering of the food supply can learn from this movie.
Realizing that the average distance is 1,500 miles from food to plate that is if corn is not used for biofuel that is increasing the value of a crop for the gas tank instead of the table, this movie tells the story by two college students who follow the crop from their own cornfield.
Highly educational for those who want to learn about the connection of agricuture that is driving the market. Happy Tonics teaches about the risk of genetic engineering to the global food supply. Corn happens to be an Indigenous crop originating in Mexico. Worthwhile DVD.

Learning how wealth accumulation works
