One of the two reels was defective. I was able to repair it myself. The nut that holds the line pick-up onto the shaft was nearly off. I had to disassemble the reel to get the nut tightened.

Overall a nice product

The product is easy to program and works well,I like that it is rechargeable, with no batteries required. The only issue I have is that the screen is too sensitive and when you attempt to pick the remote up you occasionally touch the screen and it will start things you don't want. ie.if you are watching TV and pick the remote up to change volume, you accidentally touch the screen it will go to another set-up such as watch DVD.
