Great microwave but was not brand new; it was used!
I already had this exact microwave purchased new 11 yrs ago. I just moved and the door got shattered, I loved it and was so excited to find this one allegedly brand new in open box. When it arrived, I noticed that the handle was damaged and then found food stains on the inside that I had to clean out. Needless to say, I was not happy with what I had paid for it, based upon what the advertising had said. And, of course, no manual came with it, which it would have had if it had truly been "brand new" but the microwave itself is wonderful.
