GREAT!!! NOT YOUR TYPICAL HISTORY CURRICULUM
This curriculum works GREAT for multiple ages or individuals. The Teacher Guide is full of ideas to enrich and flesh out your history program. Lists of books to read, activities to do (such as cook food from time period, draw things from the time period, oral reports on people or inventions in history) the possibilities are endless. Can bring it up to high school level by assigning written papers or bring it lower to elementary ages too. I highly recommend. One of Kathy Duffy"s Top Picks.

Love this Exercise vid
This is great for anyone that can't do high impact. Good for 30 and up. At the end you have burned the equivalent of walking 2 miles. Takes about 33 minutes tops!! Get it!!
