The the product does not meet reasonable expectations

The the product does not meet reasonable expectations. First it is difficult to keep sync with bluetooth on iPhone 6 but worse of all the buds will not stay in the ear and after a short while are uncomfortable. What to do ? If you want to wear these for any other reason they flat on your bed for short period I would encourage you to buy a set that have ear hooks slipping over your ears then resting the buds in the ear or just buy headphones that are more comfortable and functional. Serious why bother selling a product that does not meet reasonable expectations.
