Comfortable, water resistant, and look great!
I have owned many pairs of Adidas leather style Response training shoes. I’ve found them to historically be extremely comfortable and great for long periods of walking. The newer styles are extremely light but not at all water resistant. They seem to be optimized for running on dry pavement. These shoes are a refreshing step back to being much like the old response shoes I used to purchase that were leather and not ultra light weight synthetic material. They can take mild water splashes without your feet becoming soaked. I also like that they have real shoe laces and not the stretch / clamped style that really don’t hold your feet in place like offerings from other manufacturers.
