  I received a Japanese spec version of this Icom ID-52 Digital Handheld Transceiver. The description didn't say anything about it not being for use in US. All documentation is in Japanese. I can't use this without an english manual, and the seller says no refunds! They can't say they didn't know I wasn't in Japan, because I gave them my Louisiana address. Well, he found a sucker to take this off his hands, don't be his next one!
