subtle deception at work

Your ad leads to believe I was purchasing a new, unused, Hewlett Packard brand ink cartridge. The package got lost in shipping. When re shipped, I received a generic brand, remanufactured product. You need to clearly state in the title describing the product that it is REMANUFACTURED and not an HP product.
