Expensive but Effective.
I have struggled to quit smoking cigarettes, and this product is used to stop smoking. It will work for the most difficult of smokers, but is expensive and is not intended as a substitute. Smoking will damage the lungs so I support whatever it takes to quit smoking and save a life. It can be used in conjunction with other stop smoking modalities.

The Wrong Rite by Alisa Craig - the right book
In The Wrong Rite, Madoc and Janet Rhys visit Wales for his Great-uncle Caradoc’s 90th birthday. Madoc, a detective with the Royal Canadian Mounties, is awakened early in the morning by the sound of screeching crows and makes a gruesome discovery in the chapel ruins. The reader is introduced to a multitude of Rhys relatives, good and bad, and events move rapidly with surprising and clever twists and turns in another excellent mystery by Charlotte MacLeod, written under the pen name Alisa Craig.
The Wrong Rite is the fifth and last book in the Madoc and Janet Rhys series by Charlotte MacLeod, who died in 2005. Her books have gone out of print which is unfortunate as she wrote many cosy mysteries that are as good today as when they were first published. Fortunately most of her books are available on Ebay and worth collecting. Charlotte MacLeod was a gifted writer who has been described as witty and wacky, her plots are unusual and fast paced, her characters are likeable and fun to spend time with. I highly recommend this book, the entire series, and anything written by Charlotte MacLeod.

Exit the Milkman
Exit the Milkman begins with the disappearance of Jim Feldster, Professor of Dairy Management and dedicated lodge brother. Professor Peter Shandy becomes involved when Jim’s rude and difficult wife Muriella comes banging on his door at three in the morning to announce that Jim has not come home. Unsurprised, Peter Shandy dismisses her concerns until Jim fails to show up for the first day of classes at Balaclava Agricultural College. Events move rapidly with surprising twists and turns in another excellent mystery by Charlotte MacLeod aka Alisa Craig.
