Must-Have for TJ Shoppers
2 of 2 found this helpful Finally, a cookbook for die-hard TJ fans! This book, with its gorgeous photos, simple and tasty recipes, and ingredients you can find in one place, is the perfect solution for those of us who hate to shop anywhere else. I've been living off the book for the last three weeks--my favorites so far are the Apricot Baked Brie and Mediterranean Lentil Salad. The recipes use a lot of fresh ingredients, and preparation is usually less than 10 minutes! There's a cute little section at the end called Bachelor Quickies for easy-to-make but impressive complete meals you can just heat and serve. Even my college-age kids are willing to fix dinner from these super basic recipes. I'm surprised that Trader Joe's doesn't carry this book in their stores!
