Charging issue

Was happy with my purchase at first. I bought 2 iPads. Now after not even a full 2 months, 1 of them will not charge no matter what we do it just stays at 1% and turns off and on. The overall quality is great and our 2nd one is still working and charging well, perfect for what we need. A lot of money to spend for something to stop working so quickly though.
