  Seller listed item as NOS, 2 were used 1 was dented, Org. GM packaging #s did not match items. Seller has No quality standards. Seller message me "sent back for full refund". I opened return case than seller message me "keep the item for full refund if I closed the return case" which I did. Now NO refund No communication from seller. He knew I closed the case I am out of gas. I trusted seller's words, but he can't be trusted. Ebay needs to reopen this case.
