Before shipping I sent him a thank you note and offered to help if he had any questions….. and I would’ve helped him resolve whatever issue he was having if he had only taken the time to write. I do not recommend ever doing business with someone who will leave negative feedback with no contact or attempt at resolution. Not a nice person .
