A 67-year-old homeless man was just made extremely happy!
He came into church asking for a set of "old-timey thermal underwear" like he remembered growing up. I found him a red union suit in a thrift store, and got it for him. Someone stole his "old-timey underwear" from the laundromat, so i set about replacing it--the only pair I could find was here on Ebay. No, they aren't waffle weave, but he didn't care--he just wanted a red union suit like he had when he was a kid. Now he's got one...again!

Helps keep me off insulin
0 of 1 found this helpful As we age, one of the things we get low on (or completely lacking) is creatine--it comes from meat, but we no longer digest meat as well as we did when younger. Creatine is important as an aid in keeping blood sugars in line, so I use it (along with chromium) for just that. Why pay $40 and up for a bottle of insulin, when you can get the same results with a low-carb diet, creatine, and chromium for a fraction of the price (and not have to use insurance)?
