Good investment

Did my research on a few of these machines on here, really glad I bought this particular one. It's a smooth motion, adjustable, fairly simple to assemble, but it's a harder workout than you think, which was my only reservation about purchasing, I didn't know if I would get a good workout, I'm glad I did!. This is a workout you have to build yourself up, little by little. Five minutes I'd say the first day, and then build your minutes up from there. Maybe it depends on someones cardio. I'm average health and height for a woman, not the best. I just want to lose some weight but mostly tone up really nicely.
