Great Looking Machine-BUT!

I have had this a total of 3 months-had to replace the HD after 3 weeks. Waited for over a week to get computer back from HP support. Still the computer runs at a snails pace and freezes 2 to 3 times a day in the middle of my work. So frustrated that is does not just work!!! Needs more RAM but not able to upgrade this one.
