Desert Heat
Joanna Brady, a fiery woman, fights for her husband, her life, her family. J.A. Jance writes with an insight into the human soul that keeps you wanting more and more words from her. The entire series of Joanna Brady is a total delight to read, with Desert Heat being the first in the series. As you progress through the books and years with Joanna, you admire her more and more. At the same time, you admire J.A. Jance more and more and more for the way she can keep you up late at night with the simple shifting of words, simple shifting of relationships, simple shifting of care and love. A great, great writer; a great, great series.
