It is NOT new, its 2nd hand

Mortherboard was obviously used looks old with coverup paint. Parts I was using but faulty are RAM slots, could not detect sometimes(same piece of ram, plugged in doesnt work, and after a day it can). Could not power off PC normally. When you select shutdown, it turns off and back on. Only way to shut it is to unplug power.
