I want a refund, unsatisfied with the product or how it works.
2 of 3 found this helpful it's hard to use and it's not very stable to work out on. I was expecting a stronger frame set up and the pedals are too small to use without getting cramps. I have small feet and still uncomfortable to use. I can't use it for more than a minute or two without it starting to hurt my feet and arches. I even went and bought new exercise shoes that are Sketchers and it helps some but the pedals are still too small and the frame not very sturdy. I'm not impressed with the product at all and would prefer to return it if I still had the time to do so.
