HELPFUL!
I bought this book for my husband whom was recently diagnosed as a type 1 diabetic. Since receiving it he reads it in what ever free time he has. It has given him an overall better understanding of his diabetes and given more of an insight as to how to nourish his body CORRECTLY. Hearing the stories in the book has also helped him not feel so alone, I can only understand so much because I am not a diabetic so I can't relate to a lot of what he is feeling. This book is amazing and a life saver.
