It sure beats setting up a ladder in living area
The lightbulb exchanger works very well in most conditions. I did run into one problem with the suction cup adapter. If the bulb you are removing is on too tight you literally will unwind the suction cup from the end and now your suction cup is high in the ceiling stuck to your lightbulb I have not fixed it yet but I believe some tape on the end between the suction cup and the adapter it screws two should take care of it. If not for that small design issue I would have given it a five star
