    IMHO, Seller's description of this item is incomplete. This is made from a non-pliable silicone that makes it almost impossible to stretch around the desired "area". Even after ordering the largest size, it will not work for me.. After requesting a return, I was advised of a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs that is also not in their terms. Finally, Seller is likely just a RE-Seller as their fulfilment time and shipping time thereafter was extremely slow for such a small item.

    We've sold thousands of these over the years with this being the first complaint. Also, if you view the listing, it states no returns or exchanges. We were going to make an exception for you to return it, since it's now used and due to the nature of it we can not resell it. Also, everything is stated in the description, so we shouldn't be responsible for shipping on something you want to send back that there's nothing wrong with.
