Fantastic upscale of the original
Pro: Great upscale kit of a true legendary kit. A must have for the collector. If you build it, I recommend epoxy if you plan to use mid-power AP motors. This kit Absolutely SCREAMS off the pad and really soars on a AT F32-6. Just a fun kit to build and fly. See image below.
Cons: Make sure you wing fillets are generous and wing "Fin Supports" are installed. I have seen others who did not install wing supports and the rocket does not fly as stable. Using true mid-power will require this step. Flying this kit on an Estes "E" engine is the minimum, almost too little thrust really. The Decals from the first generation tended to be a bit too fragile. I'd recommend care at install and take your time. Replace the elastic ejection cord with a stronger woven version.
