Printer stopped working after replacement
1 of 1 found this helpful I installed this product to replace the print head in my Canon MG6220 in hopes of restoring my ability to print using cyan and magenta colors. After installation of the part, my printer stopped functioning completely and told me to take the printer in for service. I put my old print head back in so I could at least print in greyscale/ black & white. I tried the swap a couple more times only to replicate the above results.
