IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER THAN CERAMIC NONSTICK?
I think not. I LUV LUV LUV these pans. They heat up fast. They cook evenly. And NOTHING sticks. The Scuba Blue color is drop-dead GORGEOUS. All of their colors are. It's really hard to choose which color. You can steal my silver and steal my gold, but you best leave my CC Cast Aluminum Ceramic Nonstick pans and my Kitchen-Aid alone - - - lest you die.

WONDERFUL PANS TO COOK WITH
Have not had any real sticking problems and what I did have was easily remedied by soaking and using a soapy dishcloth. I use Barkeeper's Friend on the underside --- not on the enamel; only on the part that sits on the burner. Just be sure when you use these pans that you NEVER heat up the pan w/o something in it, be it water, oil, the item you're cooking. And if you put them in the oven, NEVER go over 300F. Clean up is easy peasy. The colors are absolutely gorgeous. I have these flip pans in different sizes and colors, i.e, blush, red and that marvelous steel blue. Goodness that blue is something else. As one poster stated: the hardest part about buying these pans is choosing the color. Cook's Companion outdid themselves with these flip pans and the colors. The cast aluminum is of nice weight and with proper care as stated aboe, will more than likely outlast each one of us! I LOVE THESE PANS!

GOOD SIZE PAN
What's not to like about Cook's Companion line of Cast Aluminum Ceramic Nonstick? It is gorgeous. It heats fast and cooks evenly. Nothing but nothing sticks to it. The Red is gorgeous. All of CC colors are. This 3.5 qt is a very good and handy size pan to have. Especially like that glass cover also came with this set. So happy I purchased this and another one in Blue Steel for a gift.
