Cheap plastic melts easily.
These are useable but cheaply made and somewhat hard to work with. You have to be very careful not to melt the plastic. I have been soldering for over 40 years and have a professional quality iron, and still ruined a couple.

Did not work
Even after following directions to the letter I had a very hard time getting this to separate from the backing and it got damaged. To be fair, I created fairly large decals, but even after leaving it in water for over 10 minutes, had a very hard time getting it to separate, and it got damaged. Smaller decals may work better but I haven't had time to test.
