Zeiss Classic 522028 Binocular

Very compact and light weight, fold up very small. For compact binos, they are very bright, and have a reasonable field of view. The image is very clear. It is easy to read lettering at a distance; for example the names on boats. The focus knob is well placed, on the right, and moves easily, allowing one-finger focusing. These binos are for some reason cheaper than Leica (which I like very much - I have a full-size 8 x 50). They therefore are a great value, especially the pair I bought, which are literally unmarked.

Great Battery Minder

This little device is packed with features to keep any battery fully charged and ready to go. It's compact and appears ruggedly made. It has an LED display that lets you know he condition of the battery at glance. The only thing I don't know yet is how long it will last, but we will see.
