Easy to use and works great
2 of 2 found this helpful This spring compressor is easy to use and compresses springs with little effort. The plastic inserts are nice because there almost no chance of damaging or scratching the protective coating on the spring. Far superior to any spring compressor I have used thus far after changing many struts on my vehicles through the years. It is a heavy tool and can be a little awkward to use without securing it or holding it in some sort of stationary clamp or vise. Regardless, It is still a nifty tool and works great!
