I've now installed this adapter into 5 different laptops. Aside from HP and Lenovo hardware, which require OEM-roms in their cards, every one has installed and functioned well. NOTE: there is a fairly widespread incidence of needing to cover pin 1 of the board with tape in order for the bluetooth to load properly. Google it. As I've found no downside to this mod, I just do it as a standard procedure when installing.
The card gives solid dual-band performance on both AC & N networks. The range seems a bit better than stock as well IME. Recommended.
A nice, light cover.
My ZG1400 came with a lovely Kawasaki branded, heavy-duty cover. Two problems- 1) it wasn't cut to accommodate a tail bag, and 2) it was just finicky as all get out to install & remove.
Probably would have been OK with a 2XL here, but I went for the 3XL as it's not often that windy here, plus I wanted it to be a no brainer to use. Just to encourage myself to NOT leave the bike out unprotected so much. The hardest part about getting older? You have to work so much HARDER to outsmart yourself...
So far it's a success. The bike's tan is fading, and the cover came with it's own little stuff sack, which makes it very neat and easy to pack it along. Recommended.

Take THAT Microsoft!
A friend had an older XP laptop that needed a full rebuild. But Microsoft has decided, with the 'end of life' of XP, they actually *eliminated* all the XP content on WindowsUpdate. I mean, they own HOW many server farms??
I had COA'S for Win7 from several old machines, so I ordered this to let me redo this old Toshiba.
Insert disk, boot up, select install version, and Voila! (OK, "voila" after several hours of interminable processing by an OLD cpu) The process completed normally, activation was successful, no complaints at all.
Our friends are grateful to have a working system again. And I like having a vanilla install option, without all the bloatware. As I'm pretty set on staying on Win7, this will likely see many more uses. Highly recommended!
