Soft flexible plastic, won't look like a bug.
Just like the old school safety glasses they had in wood shop in the 80s, but more flexible, better lenses and now that I'm an adult, they fit my face. I really dislike most of the cheap hard plastic buglike or science fair like protective glasses they offer at most home improvement stores. They scratch easily, they are fragile and sharp and you look like a goober from 1996 cruising the beach. These cover your whole eye, the side shields absolutely work and are soft and ventilated and throw em on a leather or neoprene string and they can bounce around all day without a scratch. Wore them every day constructing fences and decking and not one scratch on the lenses yet. I wish there was an option to buy a three pack. These will be my go to from now on. Don't feel like looking like a bug or mad scientist anyways. I'd rather look like what I am, a nerd, who is also a carpenter.
