  Seller didn't pay the full amount to dispatch the item so I had to pay the difference to Royal Mail. Lack of communication on behalf of the seller when I queried the initial delay in postage. Conveniently only got a delayed response when I opened a case with eBay at which point I couldn't be bothered taking it further (for £3.50) and have decided to close the case and take the loss.
