It’s a building code book. Good if you need it!
It’s a technical book that you need if you are designing Residential buildings. This 2018 version is the most current one adopted in Virginia.

Natural and works very well
I like it very much and use it daily. Seems to do a good job at removing plaque. Natural without an artificial taste. The only drawback is that it’s a dark color and messes the sink up a bit; eventually the color will stain your toothbrush. When that happens, I just bleach the bristles for a short while and they clean up perfectly. I like the Vicco toothpaste also.

Comfies- Jockey cotton brief
They aren't cheap- but the comfort and quality are worth the price! Almost no panty line and they don't ride up! Soft and stretchy. My cousin and my best friend have both adopted them as their favorite underwear too.
