Great quality

Very bad quality.

After installing these new brake shoes, I went for a test drive. I could feel that the shoes were dragging. I'm a seasoned professional mechanic. I figured "well I guess I could have installed them with the adjuster a little too tight ", so I readjusted them and ended with the same result. I disassembled them and found that one of the shoes was manufactured with a slope to the brake material which creates a high point which caused that assembly to drag against the drum. I went to the local Advance Auto parts store, purchased the cheapest set of brake shoes they had for thos sane vehicle, installed them and they were perfect the first time with no further adjusting. Definitely not good quality control on this Nakamoto brand of brake shoes.

Nakamoto Performance Brake Rotor Drilled Slotted Coated & Ceramic Pad Front Kit

Good product

The rotor and pad kit is of good quality. However, the set of bake shoes from Nakamoto I received wereof horrible quality. Once installed, the brake shoes were dragging which I discovered was due to a high point in the brake material. That is extremely unacceptable in regards to any brake lining.
