Great product once you get it working

You really got to know your computer to install this software. You will spend few hours trying to do this before even using the actual techstream. Kind of frustrating since you probably spent several hours to work on your car and need someway to diagnose further then spend time to get the software working. Once running you will spend few hours trying to figure out how to use it. Otherwise it is a great tool to have
