This would be good piece of equipment if you are a PETITE person
3 of 3 found this helpful I am a 5β10β female. The leg extension foam rollers are way too short for me. They hit me almost mid-shin and it hurts to use it. I have to figure out a way to make my knees higher so that foam rollers press on my ankles. The leg extension under the knees is not wide enough. Legs slip off while extending. π©
