Required reading

This should be required reading for every 13-year-old in the country. And once again before turning 18 and gaining a single legal right. A comprehensive understanding of the content of this booklet should be demonstrated before drawing a single penny of benefit from the public treasure. The high school and college classes we used to call “Civics” no longer exist in any of our government school systems, and it is the resulting apathy that allows our liberty to erode. It’s one thing if Americans don’t really care. It is quite another if they don’t even know how they are being used as pawns to destroy this country. American Exceptionalism does not mean we are better. It means we are different, exceptional because of our Founding. We are throwing it all away.
