Useful brass parts set
This set can also be described as the "KD" or "Split K" type brake system. Can be used on most cabooses. The best part of the set is the oil separator. I wish Cal Scale would sell that part by itself. Older sets have better quality castings than recent versions. Look for the older label as shone in the picture. Older sets also have the plastic brake line in the package. Cal Scale is working on improving the quality of their sets. So look at the castings when purchasing.

Great little motor for the price.
Great little motor for small and medium size steam engines ( 0-8-0 to 2-8-2 ). With it's low RPM I would not recomend it for passenger engines but for freight and switch engines it's ideal. I add a flywheel which greatly improves performance.

Great little motor
While it doesn't have as high a top RPM as a comparable Mashima, it is more quiet and smooth.
