  The ICs arrived enclosed in an antistatic bag, but they were put on a non conductive piece of foam. I would prefer it to be antistatic, too. However, they arrived intact, but I haven;t tested them yet. Thanks!

  These particular TTL are fairly difficult to find. The price per piece was right for the number in the lot. They looked brand new, tested fine in my handheld TTL tester, and will come in handy for future repairs. The packaging was also fantastic, using the proper ESD bags to protect the parts.
