An oldie but goodie
This isn't the latest version, but the sound is stll excellent. The box is rather large and heavy, and the buttons are not as sensitive as some of the newer models. Still, a premium sound!!

A great work machine!
Pros: This is a great work-horse machine! The keyboard is very solid and can take a beating. Has a great feel, too -- you know you've adequately hit the key without any clicking noises. There seems to be no flex even when typing assertively. Also, there is plenty of RAM (I got 8 GB) and it has SSD memory (so no more delicate hard drives). Oh - and I LOVE the touch screen!
Cons: This is not superlight like some of the more recent ones. Also, it doesn't have a very long battery life (probably about 2 hours) -- but that's to be expected. If you want longer life, get more battery cells or a smaller, lighter machine.
Overall: It's great for what it is. If you want an ultra-lite, consider an XPS.

Clear and sturdy
I had this case before, and replaced it with the same after 2 years. The rubber parts wore out, but the main parts were still good.
